Every plan declares which doors open, which facilities can be booked, and which classes admit. A Silver member walking up to the cart barn is denied at the door — no manual check, no 'let me find the list.'
Plans follow the fee that pays for them
The fee your member pays each month is what keeps their plan active. When it's paid, access is live. When it lapses, the door stops opening. No separate database to keep in sync.
Included allowances, per plan
Gold gets a monthly F&B credit. Silver gets a handful of guest passes a year. Social gets pool days only. Define it once, and every member sees exactly what's included and what's left.
Board members, honorary, grandfathered
Some memberships aren't paid — they're granted. Admins can hand out a plan without a fee: a board seat, a founder membership, a guest-of-the-chair pass. The access is real, the paperwork is none.
